Nolan is the most knowledgeable and down to earth salesperson I've met. He is so friendly and inviting, and has all the answers. He does his research! I am so stoked to try out my new Marlin 7 and can't wait to come back to the shop for upgrades!
I want to give a shout out to Ziggy's they were so helpful after my bike got destroyed in a Car accident. They let me try out the bikes and I selected a Giant model which they did not have in the M size. So I had to buy the ML size. I did not feel quite right about it and I called around a couple of bike shops in the area and found one in the M size. Ziggy's refunded my deposit and they were so gracious about it, they were happy that I found the right size even though I had to buy it from a competitor. I have bought two bikes from them and it would have been a third if it were not for the shortage of bikes. this was top notch customer service and I really appreciate it. Thank you so much.
I love going to Ziggy's, staff is helpful and always friendly. Store is well stocked, clean and organized. Service department is competent and gets back to you quickly. Ziggy's to me is how a small retailer should operate, they really care about their customers and their cycling experience.
Great first experience with Ziggy's Cycle, even with the added complexity of COVID-19 social distancing. I was able to find what I needed on their web store, which is always up-to-date. Made an appointment via phone to \fit\ the bike I was interested in. Jamie took the time to explain their COVID-19 protocol in advance (mandatory mask & gloves, only one customer in the store at a time), which made for as smooth a visit as possible in these trying times. They still took the time to answer all my questions, and make knowledgeable suggestions. I wound up leaving the shop with my new bike. A experience, will definitely be back in the future.
