Optical house was AMAZING!!! I was in a bind, I lost my glasses while on vacation and was almost blind without them. I was waiting to get into my usual optometrist but I had to wait 2 weeks. I decided I couldn't wait that long, and Googled places that did direct billing for both eye exams and the frames themselves. I found Optical house as the second option. I called and it was 10 minutes after they closed, yet they still answered my call. I was already impressed. I advised I needed to see someone quickly as I had no glasses, the man on the phone got me in within 2 days for the time I requested. I even got a follow up text message to remind me of the appointment. When I got to the store, I was greeted immediately, and when I said I had a 10:30 apt, the gentleman knew my name and said he was expecting me. Talk about service!! He took me into the exam room, performed the first test, and had the Dr come. Dr The was great, she was super sweet, great mannerisms and very easy to feel comfortable with. She walked me through the change of my prescription and set me back to the man to get me fitted for glasses. Since I had lost mine, she said do whatever you can to expedite this for her, she really needs glasses. The man said we will get as close to her prescription as possible, and then to come back in when mine are ordered and have them swapped out. The level of customer service there is exemplary! Thank you Optical House team, I could not have had better service anywhere!
