Wonderful!! I went in to purchase fresh cut flowers to place in several different small vases to stretch out across the length of my dining room table for Thanksgiving. I wanted certain colours to compliment my table linens. The staff was very willing to accommodate me & the assortment of different types of mums they had were lovely, some I had never seen before. The flowers were so fresh I am still looking at them now, almost two weeks later!! I was able to send my daughters each home with with a small arrangement sharing with them the colours of autumn. Great experience. Pre-ordered flowers for Valentine's Day and the flowers were available on time and beautifully decorated. Highly recommend this place.
Disappointed, service was quick but spent well over 100 on these yesterday for wife’s 50th and arrangement is show signs of wilting just after 12 hours. Brought them right home so cold weather not to blame, not sure what happened. They called me back and made things right️
The Worst Florist Ever!!! 1.\tA very confusing website that adds no detail on what the different packages (standard, deluxe or premium) entails leaving the customer to assume their purchase would be close to matching the pictures advertised. 2.\tWrong calculations of your purchase see picture, (totals to what 13% HST really should be). 3.\tSame day delivery means absolutely nothing to them. I had placed my order before store opening hours, followed up by a call around 9:40am confirming my order and if all is good to be delivered which was confirmed to me by saleswoman who had to check. Choosing your option to deliver really means the person who ordered it is counting on you to help when their hands are tied. Little did I know that they would miss to include my order on delivery and justify that they had many orders while giving late afternoon call as option that they can deliver it by late evening time. 4.\tWorst saleswomen—who do not hear you out, speaks over you. 5.\tWould not refund me my delivery charges despite the fact I dropped by after work to pick up my purchase, claimed they added more flowers to make up for it and shut the door as they leave the product outside their door and walk away. 6.\tOversized bouquet in the narrowest base vase they could find. Which ended up tipping over as soon as I put it on a surface that possible was the outcome of added weight of flowers, they claimed they added. False advertisement compared to what is shown on website. 7.\tThey sent an updated email that the product was shipped, after I personally picked it up after work. Here I was, trying to support a local small business in tough times we are all in, but I greatly regret my effort. Massi.
I received flowers for my birthday. The vase was meant to be full of rocks, but instead there were about 5 rocks at the bottom. The flowers were still very pretty and very appreciated, but I just wish the advertising photos online matched the actual product more closely. We have contacted Petals and Pots and the situation has been dealt with, but I would still like to warn others to double check their orders is all. :)
