My go to health store and smoothie bar. The ladies at the smoothie bar make a darn good Keto Peanut Butter Cup. My wife likes the Mad For Matcha and my son likes the Mango Tango. The bread is always fresh and meets a our dietary needs. You never know what new and interesting items you will find on every visit. Many low carb options like pasta, rice, and bread. The staff are always cheerful and greet me and my family as soon as we walk in. One of only a few stores that carries Grainfield's bread and Fibrelicious bread. We shop here often. The prices are decent and often lower than major grocery stores. Selection is very good and they often have great sales and discounted items.

The service here is brutal. There were 3 employees chatting in the supplement section, in clear view of the register where I stood for 10-15 minutes before being served. They even gestured towards me around minute 5, but continued in their story time. Beyond that, the shelves were also very bare, and when I was served, the discounted items I bought were not applied, despite me mentioning that they were on sale (which they always do manually). I had to return, mention I was over charged, and waited again for 10 minutes to get my money back. I want to like this store, but why would I go here when I can go to GoodnessMe in Waterloo that has better selection, better prices, and better customer service? It took me an hour to get a few basic items. Will not be returning.

I love the smoothies at this place. However, the customer service has really declined in the morning since one of their staff left in the Spring. On my last visit, the staff member who was supposed to open the store, didn't walk in the door until 9:03 (they open at 9). Given she was late, she then decided instead of taking customers orders, to ignore them and do other things. After about 5 minutes of standing there waiting (I was the ONLY customer), the Manager had someone else take my order and pay at another till, since the smoothing bar till wasn't open yet. So after I paid , instead of making my order, the staff member decided to count the till and stock the shelves. Finally after waiting another 5 minutes, I had to ask for my smoothie to be made (why?). The entire time she moved at a glacial pace because she was busy talking to other staff. Overall, it took me over 15 minutes to order and have my smoothie made, while I was the ONLY customer in the store. To be honest, this is the first time this has happened either. Really wish this place would sort out their staff.

Been coming here for 5 years plus now. The service used to be super good waited over 30 mins for 2 smoothies with 2 customers in front of me in line. Love this place but the service had definitely gotten worse the past few months.
