I was looking for quilt fabrics and arrived at the store with a few of the fabrics I have. I need about 9 different fabrics in total. I was told I couldn't bring my fabrics into the store but could leave them at the door. I was told to bring any bolts of fabric I was interested in back to the door to check them againts what I already have. I'm not sure what the reasoning was for this - if it was covid realted or somethingelse, but whatever the reason this was not going to work for me.

We found what we were looking for here. The sales were great. When we visited, most fabrics were 50-75 percent off. The shelves and displays were well maintained. Items were well organized and easy to find. Staffs were nice. Service was slow but reasonable for a fabric store. I love how they use the paper and pen system for when you buy fabric. Their cash register was also old-style technology - I hear clicking of number keys, machine rolling, paper, staples... The whole process of having our fabric cut and cashing out was so therapeutically soothing, I personally don't mind if they served us even slower.

This is my favourite store. I drive 3-1/2 hours to shop here. My daughter and I run a home decor business. The staff here are absolutely the best. I told them so yesterday. During Covid with all the restrictions, they are rocking this place!!!!

Need to sign up for membership to get sale prices. And the sales aren’t any better than places that don’t require a sign-up to get sale prices. But if you’re demanding wearing masks as per these reviews, THAT is an incentive! Order online if you can’t wear a mask. I’m sorry, but if you can’t wear a mask in the store you deserve accommodation yes, but not in a manner that potentially puts others at risk, including the staff. The staff is exposed to many people a day, every day they work. The disability accommodation laws absolutely do not demand staff allow you to put them at risk. My health as a customer matters. I also really appreciate business which prioritize the well being of their staff over “retaining customers” at any cost, and empower their staff to insist on their personal safety.
