I have been training at Elite Training for some time and I always get a great workout. Clint is a great motivator. I take personal training from Clint and also attend the group Better Body classes. The classes are very well organized - I have my own equiment which is immaculately clean and I am well distanced from others in the class. The classes are a great workout while also being a lot of fun! I would highly recommend Elite Training Facility.

My last visit was the most relaxing experience I've ever had! Dorothy knows exactly how to make you comfortable and relaxed. She has great safety measures in place and makes you feel welcomed! I have switched massage therapists to Dorothy and I've never looked back!

I spent years jumping from RMT to RMT, none of them ever stood out to me, it was always mediocre massages and I didn't understand the hype of going. Until I was introduced to Dorothy at Elite Training Facility. She is by far the best RMT that I have been to and I have continued to return over the last 3 or 4 years. Their facility is clean and friendly and Dorothy is amazing at what she does, I've gone for regular massages and hot stones and she nails it every time. I highly recommend checking her out!
