Husband and I went in on a whim earlier in 2020 for hybrid bikes. After going into multiple stores, I found one thing in common. If you weren't educated in the bike world and didn't have a lot of money to spend, you weren't really worth their time. I was almost turned off, until we decided to go to East Side. Right away the staff were very helpful and didn't care if we were just looking or wanted to buy. The staffer gave us his undivided attention until we were done. We left with two awesome Specialized hybrid bikes, and I look forward to going to them again this year to upgrade to a gravel bike! Highly recommend. Thank you guys!!!
