THE WORST GYM IN KINGSTON The least empathic company I’ve seen during this pandemic, by far. The way they handle refunds, no exceptions, where other companies have out done themselves with excellent and understanding customer service during this difficult financial time. All I see from this company is GREED. It’s shocking. Not to mention, lack of gym equipment, especially barbells and plates. Not a planet I want to be on, that’s for sure. When you sign up for this gym, you might as well be flushing money down the toilet.... Kiss those hard-earned dollars goodbye!

Kingstons location is to much on the masks. Especially when you have partial lung issues and pull down your mask before or after a work out. Don't know if they have a 5 second rule in place but a little far fetched to he honest. Worry about people cleaning the machines not there masks! I noticed maybe 4 out of 30 people clean there equipment and 2 were my buddy and myself. 5 second rule means allowable time to have mask on or off before and after work out. Be safe and clean equipment!
I called them to cancel my membership because i wasn’t using their facility on Feb 19 and the lady told me that she would put a request through and if there is an error they will contact me, I didn’t receive a call so I thought that the cancellation went through. On March 1st i was charged the annual renewal fee 44 when i called them again to inquire about the charges they told me that it was my job to call them again to confirm my cancellation and they couldn’t do anything about it and he told me that he can see that my account was accessed on Feb 19 but can’t see why. After this horrible customer service experience i’m never returning to this gym and i wish there was an option for ZERO stars.
Nice and clean
Everything is good but the wait time is very long. Standing in such a big lines for about 30 minutes in this cold is such a torture. Booking the time slots was a good idea. Please do something to improve this
