Top notch service! I needed service on our propane fireplace and a technician arrived within a couple of hours. Firstly, Don arrived to assess the repair/furnace replacement. He explained in detail how the unit works, what wasn't working, and the options for repair and replacement. Scott and Ryan did the furnace replacement work. They were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Once the installation was complete, Scott walked me through everything they did and even helped to set my hot water tank at the correct level, along with an explanation. Everyone went above and beyond any work I've ever had done in my house. I highly recommend this company and team.

We decided to switch from oil to propane and also install a new water tank. We could not be more pleased with the service that was provided. Herb came and did an initial assessment which was excellent. He explained each and every part of the project and was more than willing to answer all my questions. The plan he provided worked flawlessly with no surprises. The install team of Scott, Peter and Nick worked for three days to install the new propane furnace, AC unit and electric water heater. They were efficient, professional, incredibly tidy, and willing to stop for a few minutes to answer questions and ensure we understood everything they were doing. That was much appreciated. I really must emphasize how clean and efficient this team was. We have a fully finished basement but when they were done, there was nothing out of place and no dirt to be found. Amazing! We would highly recommend using Haven Home and thank them for completing this major project so effortlessly.
