Always well stocked and organized. It can get pretty busy but they always have enough lanes open to get people through. The only thing is they don’t have one way aisles for social distancing so people can get jumbled together. Other than that it is always a good experience when we come here.

It’s centrally located in Kingston, compared to other Costco’s the long lineups move surprisingly fast and the staff are always willing to help grab that 1 item I keep forgetting while I’m standing in line. The Garden section has well-kept plants and anything that isn’t available in-store can be found online, the only down-side is there is a shipping fee if you buy \u003c75 worth of Groceries & foodstuffs.

The Costco here in Kingston had been one of the few places I will shop at durning this pandemic. They clean the carts and will clean the cart again if you ask.

Only thing I would change is implementing one way lanes throughout the store. It would simplify social distancing and allow for people to get by eachother more easily. More products could be sold by taking a card and having employees grab items much like they already do with select items already. Only having a display model of each item would reduce the real estate that item takes up and thus make a trip through the store more efficient.

Just been to Kingston Costco. It was a ZOO in there. Full of people. No one can keep the shelves filled. Even Costco has to put limits now.
