We wanted quality equipment and great customer service and we found it. The staff were knowledgeable and listened to what we were asking for in a cardio machine. We purchased a Keiser M5i strider/elliptical. Fantastic machine, small footprint and you can feel the excellent quality in operation. I recommend Kinetic Solutions and the Keiser (they make awesome bikes too) without reservation.
Extraordinary service and nothing but professionalism from Kinetic Solutions. I live 2hrs out of town and was in the area, made a quick phone call in which Frank gathered my contact info and sent me detailed emails with pictures of what was currently in stock(due to COVID lockdown). Took less than 20 mins and I had all necessary equipment purchased and loaded. Absolutely recommend this company and have no complaints.
Frank Kelly helped me with purchasing my weight plates and bars over the phone. He was very courteous, caring and patient. After calling multiple fitness depots and equipment stores with no luck and less than standard service, it was such a relief and pleasure to talk to Frank! Even though he was quite busy on the line and with in-person customers, he took the time to call me back after hours. That is customer service at its best. Thanks so much Frank! I would highly recommend kinetic solutions for your fitness equipment!
