Went in to get some water today. NON of the staff were wearing a mask. They were even out assisting customers, laughing and shaking hands. Very unprofessional. We are in the middle of a pandemic. You have all these signs allover your parking lot and inside your business stating to practice social distancing and how only so many people are allowed in your store at a time, but not a mask in site.

I just had the irrigation system installed. Katie was great to communicate with, Tom did a great job planning the sprinkler locations, and the crew did such an amazing job of installing. I am so impressed with the work (I can’t even tell they were working in the yard!). From the young man who swept my drive at the end of the job, to the gentleman who helped access the water meter, to Cory who explained the control unit, to those working in the yard - all are exemplary ambassadors for Kerns. My yard is a place of refuge for me and I am so grateful for all the employees at Kerns who have made this an even greater enjoyment.
