We have had our boiler system replaced by Rick and his team as well got quotes on other systems. We have had to make an after hours call and they came out with no issues. They have been on time and responsive which was so important for us. Everyone has been very friendly and we are so glad we have chosen to go with this local company. This time we used Rick's team to have a whole-house generator installed. The electrical connection caused some issues, and we are especially glad for Dave's help in rectifying these issues in a very timely manner. Dave was ready to come out on a Friday night to fix the issues! Thank you. Also when things go not as planned, RB heating was there to provide a good level of customer support and service. The start cap died on our condenser died on a Saturday on a super hot day. We called after-hours and had a callback within 30 minutes, and a fixed AC within 2 hours. Amazing after-hours service, super-friendly and efficient staff. Thanks for helping us stay cool!
