We went in to look for some video games. There were 2 other customers in the store and both had been there longer than us. We hadn't been there more than 7 minutes when an employee approached and asked us to leave as they had a customers coming to pay a loan and that the store is open for \focused shopping\ only. Literally she went on a lengthy rant about it making me feel like I was doing something wrong. And we had literally skimmed the video game shelf and then went over to skim the higher end video games cabinet which is on the other side of the store. I informed her that my shopping was focused as we were only there to buy a video game but she didn't seem happy with that. I had actually spend a lot of money there in the last 6 months. Anyways, we moved on to the next pawn shop where the business was welcome! It was actually kind of shocking. I did not expect that at Premier! We walked out right away pretty upset. This is a great pawn shop otherwise. Would have been a 5 star review but this one employee is absolutely nutty! And before anybody responds saying \well they are only open for focused shopping\. I know that. Thats why I went in only for a video game... What a bunch of BS.

Really impressed with the service that Hugh provided today! He helped me find a lovely ring and spent lots of time answering my questions. A very welcoming store with friendly staff, I will definitely make this my go-to destination for fair priced and quality jewelry. Compared to some other pawn shops this place comes across as knowledgeable and trustworthy.

My girlfriend and I dealt with the Premier staff today. In a time that is lacking service, this crew is on point. We dealt with Dave Choy, who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Also kudos to Jenn and Kyle who were extremely friendly too. Very impressed and will return for sure. Overall a 10 out of 10

Excellent experience! Very professional. Very courteous, fair and eager to please. Graham was fantastic. Explained everything thoroughly, and between him and Martin, inspired confidence in their integrity. Highly recommend. Updating this review to reflect more recent history. I continue to be a regular client of Premier. Always get great service. Friendly and knowledgeable. They have a very low turnover of staff which is nice as it is reassuring to see the same people there. I'm adding a pic of a Christmas present I just bought for myself :-). After a struggle for several years, I'm finally able to treat myself, rather than liquidating items. PS: They know there stuff and are not looking to rip you off.
