Just bought bikes for our kids—1 Raleigh & 2 Supercycles—compliments of Grandma & Grandpa. Excited to see them in action!

It is not ok for employees to tell someone they have to leave for not wearing a mask, They have absolutely no right. If you are open for commerce, you can not discriminate! You wouldn't tell someone in a wheel chair they couldn't come in, so don't do it with people who can't wear a mask! UNACCEPTABLE

I've written several reviews regarding the automotive department but the CT eview\ panel deemed them inappropriate for publication??? The bottom line is ... do not have any auto electrical work done by CT! I purchased LED lights bulbs for a BMW (supposedly compatible with make and model), had CT install them, and had problems with them ever since. Went back to the store numerous time to have the problem rectified but to no avail, eventually I was told to install the original bulbs???? Obviously a very disappointing experience.

Very disappointed with the result of customer satisfaction. I as well work in retail and understand stores policies of returning items but there should be something that can be done in this case. Last November, we purchased 300 worth of Christmas lights to decorate our home and outside. 6 weeks later, all of the outside lights on our home stopped working..... literally. We made it to Christmas day, then nothing. Due to how cold it was that winter, thought this maybe was the case. Took them down and tried them again this year to see if they would work, nope. Of course calling the store asked if there was anything they could do as lights should last years not weeks. We were told no sorry, without a receipt they couldn't help us. I'm sorry but I did not keep receipt thinking we weren't going to have an issue with lights. They worked when we brought them home so we were good. I have always supported spending here, especially at Christmas but sorry not anymore. Yes times are crazy right now and all we wanted was a little effort to resolve this as we spent hard earned money to make our home decorated for the holidays. As I said before, my idea of customer service is to ensure every customer returns with a good experience.
