Very happy with our RV purchase here. Salesman David Klotz was honest, super fair and very helpful Owner Mark was very good to deal with. You can tell how ethical and caring this dealership is when you see that they support World Vision children in Africa. Highly recommend this dealership.
We purchased a brand new trailer 7 years ago from Country RV - which is now Fraserway. We chose to purchase the extended warranty package at considerable cost, based on the sales pitch that some of the initial premium would be reimbursed after 7yrs of claim-free ownership. Fast forward 7yrs and we tried to claim our premium reimbursement. The insurance carrier informed us that the paperwork had been completed incorrectly and we were not candidates for reimbursement... We contacted Fraserway ( I got the run around from 2 Business Managers and the Director) and they very quickly stated that the fault lies with Country RV and not Fraserway - soooo surprising... Even though it's basically the same company, same people, same business. So, at the end of the day we are down 2k that we were depending on to help us out and Fraserway Kamloops just goes on their merry way - they got what they needed from us 7yrs ago. I guess you don't get to be Canada's \biggest\ RV dealer without some shady business dealings. This is definitely a case of buyer beware - If you're in the market for a new RV - please be cautious and heed this story. This is a slick, glossy operator that only cares about separating you from your money. You are strongly encouraged to deal with another entity. If you decide to do business with these guys - read the fine print, otherwise it will cost you thousands. Can't wait to read their reply to this review - should be a doozy...
