Japanese and Euro selection with amazing fittings, what else do you need? I used to think fashion designer name brand glasses were the top echelon until seeing the selection at Josephson. Also, their staff really knows how to fit glasses on your head, which has always been a problem for me with other places. Definitely will be back again.

Eliza in the store is amazing. My sunglasses were squished and bent as somebody sat on it. I was afraid that it cannot be fixed or even if it can, it'll be very expensive. But she fixed it within a few minutes for free! I'll come back for sure for the best customer service.
Amazing service and fantastic products. I was very well treated here and the attention to detail is amazing!!!! I found the most amazing gold frames and I waited for them to go on sale (a little pricey but we'll worth it). The quality is like no other. My glasses are super fragile and super light weight but I've dropped them a million times and no damages! !! I found the staff to be super helpful and patient but most importantly knowledgeable of their products. They took their time helping me find something in my budget & to my liking. I was amazing that they knew about every detail of their products like different materials used. I did not have to compromise anything. I got the best product for the best price and with the most amazing service. I would absolutely recommend Josephson''s to my family and friends.
I had requested my glasses to be shipped to my address in the US as I needed a pair of glasses at the earliest. I contacted Selina Paul, their Director, through their customer service. The request was expedited and they made sure that I received my glasses in a timely manner. I would definitely say that I experienced great customer service at Josephson's.
