Needed emergency work done on our furnace. JC Robinson showed up quickly the same day and diagnosed our problem. The technician was very kind and gave us several options to repair the issue quickly and at a reasonable cost. Very pleased with the service we received.

An employee of this company started yelling at me at a gas station. I had dared stop my car at a gas pump. His truck was empty and parked at a different pump, but he had called dibs or something on switching pumps? It started with an order, and escalated when I did not jump to comply. I wouldn't want someone with that kind of short fuze working in my home.
Guy showed up on time. Installed hot water tank. When dealing with customer service they where very professional. I highly recommend JC Robinson.....great local company.
I went in today to discuss some equipment needs and received some good advice. I placed the order before I left the premises.
I found the COVID protocols that JC Robinson had in place were excellent - they called before their tech arrived to ensure that we were healthy and well, and asked us to be masked if at all close to the tech, and to keep distant. The tech was great - he fixed my condensate pump by cleaning it and performed regular maintenance and my furnace is now purring like a kitten (and it definitely sounded a little grumpy before this maintenance visit). So happy with this interaction, I'll definitely use them again.
