Bought Jasmin flowers after long time. I couldn't get them this fresh in any place in Mississauga or Brampton. Must visit place for fresh Jasmin.
Very beautiful store, had some of there decor available to see, and the jasmine flowers were very fresh and beautiful.
I had pre-ordered two carnation wedding malas from the Mississauga location of Jasmine florist one month prior to my wedding on April 27, 2018. My fiance and I met with the sales person and gave a downpayment to confirm the order, it was tracked in their order book and the salesman started a whatsapp group with me, my fiance and himself to be in contact about the order. On my wedding day, I was en route to my wedding venue and happened to pass the the shop, so I decided to stop and have one of my bridesmaids jump out to pick up the malas and complete the payment. There were no malas for me. The shop keeper I had dealt with was not there and an older couple running the store said there were no malas there and they had no record of my order. I'm not sure if my order might have been at Jasmine flowers' Scarborough location, but there was nothing for me at the Mississauga location (where I placed my order). I was infuriated, I was standing in the flower shop arguing with the couple instead of at my wedding venue getting ready for my marriage ceremony. In the end, after pleading with them, the couple agreed to make me two wedding malas and to send someone to pick them up later. Meaning I had to send a family member (during my wedding ceremony) to go pick up my malas so we could have them for my Hindu marriage ceremony. they did not give me a discount or anything to compensate for the inconvenience. We still had to pay full price for our malas. The malas we paid for were beautiful, but the customer service and whole experience with Jasmine florists was terrible and really upset me on my wedding day. I will NEVER deal with Jasmine florists again and will never recommend them to anyone I know.
Most of the time you have to order in advance to get what you want. Not a place that stocks jasmine and other Indian flowers
