This is not a real forist but a distributor. I paid 100 for a bouquet, never received an invoice despite phoning twice. The bouquet was completely different from advertised, and consisted of 8 faded roses and greenish carnations .... Ugly and old flowers. In response to my complaint, they claimed that the phot of the ugly bouquet was the problem (oh!!). It is better to order straight from a florist.

The owner of this business should close due to covid for there lack of business sense.
They are the WORST!!! DO NOT order from them!!!! Turn around now!! My biggest regret was to not first look at their reviews before I ordered. I wish that I could give them a big fat zero star review!! I had ordered an expensive bouquet from them for this year’s Mother’s Day and I even paid extra to get the flowers delivered before a certain time. On the day of, my mom never received anything. They called later that night (at 9:00pm) to tell her that “they had problems with the delivery van” and that they would deliver the next day. What a bunch of baloney!!! She never received anything!! Oh and don’t try to call them, you can’t get a hold of anyone! When I emailed them to complain, they had the audacity to say that it already had been delivered! (then why would my order still be marked as “shipped” and not “delivered” on my “Shop” app to this day???!!!). If you look on the Better Business Bureau website, they are not even accredited with BBB and they obviously don’t care!! (it shows in their non existent customer service!!). Please!! Save your money and go somewhere else!! (you’ll also save yourself time, frustration and headaches by going elsewhere!!).
Terrible! Order arrived a day late. Flowers were different than advertised. No vase included. No response to emails. Do not buy from here.
Ordered a bouquet for our 90 year old mom's birthday in a retirement home and they sent the wrong flower arrangement - totally different with less expensive flowers. Did not advise us of these changes beforehand. No apology, or refund even in accordance to their own policy.
