Walked into Its About Beauty today for the first time. I heard it was black owned so I said it was a must, although I passed at least three beauty supply stores to get here. When I arrived the owner was there. She made sure to great and was quite pleasant. Any question I asked, such as gels with no chemicals, kids hair products with no chemicals, what helps with breakage etc, she had the answer to! She is well informed and has a wide variety of products to choose from. Highly recommended and well worth the drive.

Poor customer services. I went this store two or three times and i left because of rude and bad customer services, Dis respect, horrible don’t goto this store I’m telling u the worst customer service. She is rude.
The first time I walked in the greeting I received was so warm and welcoming. I found a wide variety of North American made black products of great quality which is rare. I found my gem in the rocks and haven't stop going back. The owner is super friendly and filled with wisdom and knowledge it's always a great conversation with her. I have to promote the In-store salon that I have seen great work done on my friends daughters hair. I recommend you to come to \It About Beauty\ Exceptional service and products offered.

The hair stylist is very good and very work fast. She is very good at choosing styles that works with your face. My friend recommended her and i have been coming here since. I am always satisfied.
