Everything was perfect for my MRI. The front desk people are gentle and executive. Five minutes wait time! Amazing. MRI Technicians are the best, and the equipment is last generation open MRI with zero claustrophobic feeling. Fast and great service, excellent value.

I have gone to IRM Sud-Ouest several times during the past year and and every time has been an absolute pleasure. I have always been nervous going to medical institutions but the staff has always put my nerves to rest. The waiting time has always been at a minimum. I have never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen. The facility is very clean and all of the staff is extremely friendly. After only a couple of visits the staff at the front desk has come to know me by my first name. I have been seen by Dr Rehany during my visits and I have found him to be friendly, curtious, professional, thorough, and very clear at explaining every step of the process, as well as of the evaluation. This is the only location that I will go to for my Imaging needs. I would recommend the IRM Sud-Ouest to everyone.

After having a horrible experience at the hospital, I made an appointment with IRM Sud-Ouest and I was extremely pleased overall. The place was very clean and I there was no wait time The receptionist, Nathalie, was extremely kind and understanding and she was able to give me a relatively fast appointment. The ultrasound technician Jeffrey was amazing. Not only was he calm and professional, he also talked to me throughout the entire appointment to ease my anxiousness. Lastly, I was very pleased that Dr. Rehany took the time to read my report fairly quickly in order for me to get my results fast. I would definitely recommend going to this clinic.
