I just had the best ultrasound experience. I was called in right on time, to the minute. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable and in good hands and was in and out in under 20 minutes. It was also the clinic that had the soonest available appointment when I was looking for one. Thank you!

Dear Management, Your centre is unorganized and disrespectful to the patients. My family is having a terrible experience. I called at the beginning of August asking for how long it will take to get an appointment for my dad. I was told that it will take 4 weeks. We faxed the requisition paper and didn't hear back since then. It has been almost 2 months. My mother called today asking to verify if you received the fax and when my father can have an appointment. The woman (receptionist) rudely replied asking why my father has to go to their centre if he can go to other centres. My mother was shocked. She said it is the patient's right to be able to get an appointment at a centre of his choice! In fact, we faxed papers a long time ago already. My mother asked again to verify if they received the fax, the woman said she will check and she left, putting my mother on hold for a very long time and then she disappeared. My mother called back several times and heard nothing back. This is rude and disrespectful. I wonder why your staff is so unprofessional and why you tolerate this. No patients nor their families should experience such an attitude.
IMPORTANT!! You DO NOT need an appointment for regular X-rays, although you are able to request an appointment on their site for a regular X-ray and they confirm receipt of your request they DO NOT CONTACT you to tell you that an appointment is not needed, so you wait. Website is misleading and no response to your online appointment request is rude (even if you are inundated with emails). Only calling and listening to their message centre do you find out that an appointment is not required Frustrating experience!!!
this place is a joke. u cannot speak to a live person for a specialized appt without having to leave a voicemail or fax the RX. who uses a fax in 2020 unless u are a business or a pharmacy! and once u do send the email u don’t hear from them for a week or more. no thank u radimed, i will never book with u. there are more professional and courteous radiology places available!
Jess has done all of my ultrasounds and she clearly loves what she does and is the best at it, can’t recommend her more.
