I contacted Impetus Plumbing for my parents as they were having an issue with their furnace. Terence was quick to respond but also extremely informative on why the issue occurred. He provided two repair scenarios which were quoted fairly to what the market generally asked for. The work was completed within the day and the furnace was up and running! My parents couldn't be happier with the high quality of work and professionalism him and his team provided.

We heard about Impetus through our contractor who had used them for our renovation. Terence was thorough with his explanations during our renovation and went above and beyond for us. We decided to use Impetus to unblock our bathroom sink, which had been clogged since we'd moved in. The service was quoted during the scheduling (it was difficult to get other companies to provide a quote) and Jonathan was great at explaining another issue we had in our washroom. Plumbing bills are rarely ever cheap, but we are quite happy with their service. The report and invoice were provided on the spot, so no complaints! Would definitely recommend Impetus to others.
I just want to say a big thank you to Impetus on their service. I appreciate how genuine and patient they are. I had to update my review to let others know how good they are. I am not familiar with mechanical system, especially as a new duplex owner, but Chris and Jason have been super helpful with our maintenance service and other repairs that follow. They were willing to work around our schedules and explain the pros and costs for repair different options.
The great workmanship, knowledge and professionalism from the guys at Impetus made all the difference when having them come out to service one of our boilers. They were able to point out an issue with the boiler vent during their routine maintenance and were able to repair it - which if gone unnoticed could have caused a potentially hazardous situation with carbon monoxide. Highly recommended!
