Recently my furnace starting making bad sounds and I was nervous to call someone out to diagnose it after a very negative experience with another company a few years who told me I needed a new furnace when all I needed was the flame sensor cleaned. This time I needed a part replaced. Ignite Heating gave me great service, they were friendly, honest, and on time and the best part, their prices were excellent. I am so happy I chose to call Ignite and strongly recommend anyone who needs their furnace serviced to use Ignite Heating.
New Years day-not a good day for the furnace to quit! After calling Ignite Heating emergency line, Jordan returned our call and via messaging we determined that the furnace fan had failed. Jordan came out to verify the problem and provided a temporary solution - heat until the parts arrived and were replaced. Jordan and his team provided professional, efficient and cost effective service in a timely and safe manner. Definitely recommend them again.
Was very satisfied with the service. The technician was prompt efficient and friendly. Never like to get an unexpected repair bill but at least it seemed reasonable.
We are first time customers and will definitely use their services again. Dan was quick to respond with a quote for a new humidifier and share information on their products. They were able to work with our availability and the technician showed up on time. He was very friendly, practiced AHS guidelines in regards to COVID, his work was great and left everything clean. Showed us how the new humidifier works, settings etc. We really wanted to support a local company and are very happy with who we chose.
