I recently came in for my class 3 with air brakes road test. I passed. So this is not a reflection of not passing my road test and then directing my frustration towards my examiner. I physically can not understand how James has a job here. I have never met someone so rude in an ICBC before. I may not have ever met someone as rude in any capacity ever. That’s how rude this “gentleman” is. Cold , aloof, and barely acknowledges you as a human being. How on earth does this man work in a customer service field? I thought for sure I’d be failed after him and I got off immediately to a bad start before we even got into the vehicle. There are no smiles , no pleasantries and just pure attitude and rude behaviour from him. Mind blowing.

Had my N test here today. John, my instructor was very warming and nice, and made the test much less stressful. He gave clear directions throughout and went out of his way to give me tips on how to improve my parking. Great place

The best experience I ever had at any ICBC location. I came here after being frustrated from the Surrey location.It’s totally worth the trip! The location is for road test only so there are no crowds. My instructor- John was just amazing.
