My washer broke down on me.... I called them, they were there the next day and had it fixed with in a week. Great service guy! Very reasonable cost too!!

Sadly, I am a bit disappointed. Salesman was friendly, showroom was nice. Paid the 34.99 for delivery. I find out when it is delivered that apparently I only paid for a \drop off\. The salesman didn't mention that it would be more money for the delivery guys to actually bring it into our home. I had to enlist the help of a neighbour to get it out of my garage. We are new to Tillsonburg and this was our first local purchase and to say it was not what we expected would be an understatement. Oh well, live and learn I guess.....

Very disappointed. Was told washer and dryer would be in by September, now being told end of November. Called other places (after staff at Hurley's claimed EVERYWHERE is backed up), can have it installed in DAYS not months... P.S. got my refund today. Employee told me that he placed the order AFTER I made the purchase. This is a complete 180 from the story of the items already on order and in the middle of being shipped which is why I made the purchase in September only today to be told end of November with the order being made at a different time than originally told.
