Very very happy I decided to come to this dealership. The service staff were amazing, the vehicle was washed very well, thanks Bailey! And the waiting room was comfy and had coffee, tea, water. Jeremy Ouderkirk was phenomenal and very very helpful. He clarified all my queries and helped me in finding the right vehicle. I would also like to appreciate John and Grace for making financing process quicker and easier. For anyone who is looking for a new car, Hyundai of Muskoka (at King William's Street) is the place to look for. I Highly recommend it!
My vehicle was towed there on a weekend in the summer. I was expecting that my vehicle would be ready by the end of that week which I was definitely prepared for. To my pleasant surprise I was lucky enough that they were able to have it repaired on that Monday after. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Quick return phone calls and kept me up to date on the repair. Definitely Class act all the way. They even washed the outside of my car. Friendly, friendly, friendly.
It is a rare thing to walk into a business and every person there treats you like a valuable customer. I personally want to thank Monika for giving me all the information I needed without any pressure at all to make a good choice to fit my needs.
