We had to change some flooring before selling our house and we were referred to Concept Flooring and had great experience. So definitely when time came to pick flooring wood and stone for our new build we came back and Luigi gave us lots of great ideas and recommended different material even special ordered outdoor tile from Italy. Not only he supplied the material but also installed which was a great help. He is very knowledgeable and highly recommended for a one stop shopping for all your flooring needs.
I'm a custom estate homebuilder and send all my clients to Concept Flooring to make their selections the quality of the products is top shelf all the large format tiles and slabs are exclusive lines that are made in Italy which is the best quality on the market, hardwood is mostly Canadian or European which is also very good quality I have nothing but praise from my clients with the service and professionalism that the Concept teams offers I look forward to working on many more projects with them... Very poor service. Took 10 minutes for someone to even come out when we entered the store, and it was fully empty, not like they were dealing with other customers. Then he was incredibly rude, seemed extremely apathetic. Would NOT go back or use them.
