Overall this is a good place to go, especially if you want a lot of lumber or paving stones. Almost all of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The warehouse layout at this location needs a lot of work though. It's very easy to get a bottleneck inside and sometimes the workers struggle to find things. I would not recommend going through the warehouse section at peak times, you'll probably be waiting a long time.
Spend a hundred dollars asked for a bag, they said it was 10 cents told them to keep it. Why did you not offer the bag while the items were being run through the checkout? There is an opportunity for training here, also you spend that kind of money are expected to pay a dime for a bag? How does this help the environment? Plastic bags are not an environmental issue, its how they are handled when no longer useful. Punitive costs do little if anything to help the environment.
I would have gave 5 stars but They killed a giant spider :(
Horrible service, not enough employees, nobody to help find stuff, horrible prices, no stock on the floor to look at, they want you to buy things you havent seen and then pickup in the warehouse, i will not shop here, walked out.
