There were 3 people without masks in the store today I complained
like
very cleanly organised store. Went in looking for lamps. They were really nice but a bit above our price point.
Went in to look left with clearance items that I was actually looking for :)
We came into HomeSense today to purchase a comforter for our new bed. Once we arrived at home we realized that it was missing two of the king size shams. We called customer service and spoke to the assistant manager, Maria. We explained to her that it was a total of 40 min driving time for us to come back to the store and asked if they could mail us the missing items. Maria quickly replied "no we don't do shipping" with a condescending attitude. I then asked what they can do for us if we have to drive all the way back for the missing items and she first said "exchange it for a new comforter set". I didn't think this was a fair exchange considering our time and gas money, She said the best she could do is offer us 10. I find this very insulting, it would have been much easier to simply order one from Amazon since they would simply ship us the proper item to correct the situation. Maria is very unprofessional, would not let me speak and didn't even care to understand the situation. Not that they care but I will never set foot or spend a dime at this store again. She finished the conversation with a sarcastic "Happy Holidays"...
Love the merchandise and merchandising of this store. Always exciting and fun to shop. Added to this are the phenomenal products and product prices sold at great prices. Grand value and for homewares I don't shop anywhere else!
Busy store. Lots of unique furniture and things to look at for purchase.
Not a lot of selection. Stock was low. Staff was very nice
The greeter was very friendly and welcoming. While I waited in line, though, a free register had two associates fooling around with bags instead of serving customers. When someone was told to open their register, I was abruptly told to go there. No greeting, no please or thank you. Borderline rude.
