Love this store. We stopped in to see if they had a TV stand to match our living room furniture and we ended up having an awesome time time choosing awesome decorations for our home. Love this store!!!

Finally!!! Home Sense in Orilllia! Even though, the store feels a little odd to be in, after other stores moved away from this location, there is not a lot one can find wrong with this store. They have a lot of nice home decor, and most of it seems to be made of natural materials. Very few plastic items can be found here, which I super appreciate. I was impressed by some solid wood and wicker items. There is ample space to move through the isles, a lot of good lighting and a nice floor. That should make one feel wanting to stay for a while. Hope this store is here to stay, as I will always find USEFUL, out of the ordinary gifts here...... and to acceptable prices. Watch the video and the many pictures I took, for some details on what they currently have for sale, and how the store feels like.
I like it... Nicer then Barrie in some ways...but i still go to Barrie...

First HomeSense store location that I feel drawn to review. The staff and service alone warrant a 10 star review. New in town and wanted to pick up a few things for the kitchen and bathroom. I found everything I needed, the higher quality items and brands I typically buy and further surprised with some other unexpected finds here. These folks go out of their way to find what you need, always ready to help with carry out and carry to the cash register. Really impressed with how this store is managed, items selected for store exceed some of the larger Toronto and GTA based locations in terms of quality and esthetics. I bought what I needed here, feel so happy to be able to line my shelves, find the Umbra dish rack, dish towels and a sturdy laundry sectional amongst other things. Picked up two beautiful wool and cotton carpets and cannot believe the overall savings. Simply delighted that I could find what I needed to make life just a little bit more convenient and comfortable moving in. Thank you HomeSense and staff. You guys rock! I appreciate how well you take care of your customer. Life is Good! :)
Protocols followed, excellent shopping experience
Manager was nasty like an army Sargent regarding masks. She’s clearly got all her staff positioned all over the store to attack people for not having their mask positioned the way she wants. Clearly on a power trip and more intersted in disciplining customers and ruining their shopping experience rather then processing transactions at the cash out. The line up was 15 deep. Cashier was lovely. She should be the manager. Not this nasty piece of work.
