Chased them and chased them for quote - still nothing. I will take my business elsewhere.
We recently replaced an older generation projector and AVR with a new UHD projector and 4k receiver. We could not get it working properly. We had 2 other \experts\ come in - they basically told us our equipment was defective and advised us to return it. We then called HTS. They quickly recognized a hardware issue with the older connection and provided a component in the connection between the new AVR and new projector. Now works perfectly. Very impressed!
