This is an amazing, convenient and efficient Shoe repair store. I have been coming here for years and have been incredibly happy with the service I have received each and every time. The staff is hardworking and capable of the impossible. Always make my shoes look brand new. Would definitely recommend this place, you will not be disappointed.

I have never posted a complaint on line before but I have to warn peaple to stay away from this shoe repair shop. I just picked up my boots which I left for a simple heel replacement, and they are in worst shape than before. The heels are all scratched and then painted over and the heels dont look right either. What a waste of 40.00 dollars If this is the kind of service they provide I dont think they will be around for long.

I have been coming to this location for 12 years. They have amazing customer service in addition to being efficient. I have yet to be dissatisfied with any of the shoes I've left there. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable cobbler.

I do not write reviews unless a business's rating is not in concert with my experience with the business. In this case, they are not honest and have unprofessional, bizarrely reckless practices. They distorted my most expensive pair of dress shoes--a burgundy pair of Salvatore Ferragamo loafers, which retail for 600. During a simple heel replacement job, they did this by dyeing the welt its original black and carelessly dyeing (using permanent, alcohol-based sole/edge/heel dressing) black onto the burgundy upper. The black staining on the upper is ruinously all over the upper near the welt. They either over-dyed, realized their mistake and tried to hide it with a woeful black staining effect all around the upper, or they carelessly dyed the edge unknowing of the fact that the sole/edge/heel dye is permanent. Either way, this was an extremely basic shoe repair job that they got totally wrong, thus ruining a beautiful pair of dress shoes. Frankly, I would have demanded they replace the shoes, but I carelessly did not check the Ferragamo loafers (I got several heel cap replacements at once) till I got home. I knew they would never pay 600 to replace the shoes when I had already accepted and paid for their repair, so I just accepted that I have to get them dyed black to keep them. What a disaster. Please do not trust them to do good work, or to admit when they do horrible, damaging work

Worst shoe repair place I ever went! Charges twice as much as any other place and you have to pay upfront.

Decent shoe repairs with a side of key cutting and some other related products on sale. Two words: high prices. If you're not in a rush I recommend going to the shoe repair shop inside First Markham Place instead - this place was almost twice as expensive for a basic heel tip change, and I didn't find the workmanship any better. The one good thing is their large variety of key sizes and shapes - we had gone everywhere we could think of and only finally found our key shape here. It was a steep 6 a key, but we were in a unique situation where we couldn't go anywhere else.

Took brand new Alexander Wang boots here to add rubber outsoles. I was expecting this to be a basic procedure, gluing outsoles to the bottom of the shoe. Imagine my surprise when I get these back. Out 75 later, outsoles added and some free scratches on both shoes.
