We had a new Valor H5 fireplace installed today. The guys that came to install it were fantastic. We ran into an issue with the venting and they were able to come up with a solution that worked and allowed our unit to fit without having to change the insert itself. Their names were Mike and Merrit and they were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional. Home and Hearth are very fortunate to have these guys working for them. We were very impressed with the service and will recommend them to family and friends. Karen and Frank

Annual service on fireplace and furnace. Gaige is professional, on time and ensures everything is working before he leaves. He is a great young man and I would highly recommend this company and this young man. Quality service with reasonable prices that give confidence heading into the winter months. I just had Gage in to provide the regular maintenance on my fireplace for the second year . He was great! Was knowledgeable, friendly yet professional and explained what he was doing at each stage.
