Love this guy! Called him for our furnace, he came right after the call. He was so professional, he took out the old furnace and installed a new one. Explained everything to us, and gave us very good advice on how to take care the equipment. Price was very reasonable! I recommended him to my friend.

Aaron and Sam the dynamic duo. My furnace broke down during the polar vortex and we needed a solution fairly quickly. I called them and on the same day, was offered to have a brand new furnace installed meticulously and quickly in about 3 hours on such short notice. There are a number of contractors in Aurora but I went with Hatchspark because of Aaron's glowing reviews and even though there weren't many, I'm glad I went with Aaron from Hatchspark. He took his time to give me advice on the best solution and I didn't feel pressured with aggressive sales tactics. I could have gone with an interim solution on a 20 year furnace or go with a new one at a reasonable price. Extremely glad I went with a new installation and now my family is comfortable and can sleep in peace. The install was thorough which included the new unit, cleanup and disposal of my old furnace. Highly recommended!

Unbelievable. Truly a perfect solution to our Hot Water problem. From phone call to complete turnkey replacement of our tank it was 19 hours. Wow. I never imagined to get this lucky after a week of hell trying to deal with the small local shops. We were facing another 2 to 3 weeks with COVID excuses and slept well right away with no more worries. Thank You, Respectfully.

Over the years I have become conditioned to poor customer service here in Canada. Be it the banks, telecom, trades, it is hard to find someone that truly cares about providing good service. I did not know what to expect when I called Aaron from Hatchspark but he was accommodating on the phone and found a way to fit me in on very short notice to replace our water heater. He was very conscientious, polite, he knew what he was doing and went above and beyond. I was extremely impressed. He used high quality materials, he stayed until he was sure that all was working and he even took the time to pass on his knowledge.
