I've been going to this clinic for the last six years, and the services they provide are excellent! This year especially, with a global pandemic, they never stopped providing services. I saw how they managed the appointment booking and tried to accommodate me to the best of their abilities. I see people complaining about this clinic, but honestly, this clinic is one of the few, if not the only clinic in Toronto that provides sexual health services disregarding your background, identity or immigration status. They also speak Spanish! so it's a plus for Latin clients. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Terrible service!!! I got an appointment and they canceled it twice last one being just before the appointment and after waiting nearly a month for it. When I am trying to reschedule my appointment, they say they can't find my name! Are you kidding me? if you can't find my name, how can you call me? They are unorginized, irresponsible and disrespectful. They have no interest in helping people or any sense of empathy. Do not make an appointment with them and spend your time waiting until they cancel last minute. Find another clinic!!

I've been coming here for two years, but a guy with an accent who is taking phone calls recently speaks really rude. He talks like he is looking down on someone and not really helpful. Everyone else here is nice and friendly, but I can't get over how rude he is.. so giving 2 stars.

They were very nice & welcoming... I didn’t feel as uncomfortable as I thought I would. I’ll be honest - I was anxious at first I was going to get asked personal questions at the front desk with people sitting right behind me, but that’s done inside closed rooms with professionals which was relieving. You just fill out a form first. I’m grateful this clinic exists and for everything they do.

The clinic is nearly impossible to get a hold of. Phone lines always say we're experiencing high volume of calls please call again then automatically disconnects. Additionally, upon appointment staff seem to lack sympathy/empathy and were rather cold.
