You know, I thought the service there was excellent. But now, they give you no service. I was told to go and see my doctor and it is literally impossible to see my doctor, you have to wait 6 months or so to see him even if it is for an emergency. You telephone and the line is always busy. Dr. O'Brien had told me that if i ever had a flare-up of what I have, was to make an appointment and I would get the treatment and get the medication. I haven't been to this clinic in 10 years and it should make no difference at all. The operators are not the doctors and should not treat you like dirt when you speak with them. They are there to make the appointment for you and not tell you to go elsewhere. There is NO SERVICE in this god-damn province what so ever.

Receptionist is friendly and the wait wasn't bad. Doctor Clément is so rude. It takes zero effort to be nice to vulnerable people that come to you, a \professional\, asking for help. Wouldn't recommend.

Update: I was previously impressed with their organization but it seems it doesn’t last. I received a phone call to tell me my appointment was cancelled. Having two different appointments on the same day, I called back to see which one. I was told it was the first one. However, upon arriving for my second appointment, I was told the opposite. So I missed my scheduled appointment due to the disorganization and miscommunication of the front desk. They are nice enough but some do not seem to know what they are doing. Rescheduling my appointment was simple enough but I wish I didn’t have to waste my time in the first place. Here is my original review: They were very organized, clean, polite. I was well taken care of. Of course there is a wait for a walk in clinic- you need to arrive in the morning. It seemed to get very busy towards 8:30, but I had no problem because I showed up at 7:15. Super non-judgemental clinic.

Update: I got my results quicker than expected. Dr Legault is great. I was offered solutions and comfort. Sadly, when picking up my prescription at 12 pm the Pharmacist explained my medication then segwayed into asking why I don't take Prep. I explained that I am well aware of prep and uncomfortable with him questioning as to why I dont take it. He then started to tell me HIV facts, specifically about gay men. So, I finally get a diagnosis for something that wasn't checked properly then shamed for not taking Prep. I sadly wish Dr. Legault's efforts were enough for this place but I've cancelled my follow up appointment and recommend going elsewhere. I understand the possibility that the Pharmacist may not be associated with the clinic but with everything that happened, it was deplorable. --------
