My experience at Optical Gallery was amazing! The staff was extremely kind, patient and helpful- overall great customer service. When selecting glasses I am very 'picky', however Kelly was extremely patient in assisting me with choosing my new frames and there were many great options to choose from! After experiencing blurred vision, I was referred to this business by the Hanover ER. The doctor was fantastic and we discussed all options and went over all outcomes at no cost to myself. His patient care has continued over several months to ensure my sight remains healthy. I will definitely recommend him and be seeing him for all my future optical needs. I have been dealing with Optical Gallery since I have been back in Hanover 15 years ago going yearly for new glasses without fail. There is never any lack of great quality service. I like the attention they pay to their clients needs. Also not once did I ever feel up sold. If I am getting help and the phone rings it goes to voicemail and the service continues. I have on many occasions gone to voice mail and same or next day call back. As for the products I have purchased at the Optical Gallery I have had nothing but great products. Anna and her great team have been nothing but good to me. Now for the COVID topic. First off the business inside and out is always spotless. Now that Anna called me back when she was permitted to open she informed me as to the protocol to enter the business. Mask is required with social distancing being observed. Whether you have used hand sanitizer before you enter you must do it again. Every pair of glasses I tried on were put into a tray and taken to be disinfected before going back on display. Proper edict here on the costumers side would not to touch every pair you might like. Touch as little to help out. Now go to your local convenience store now that is where you you take your chance. In closing this out and if you have made it to the end thank you for taking the time.
Upon going in, I asked for the earliest available appointment because I had lost my glasses and due to my work schedule not being very flexible. They were able to squeeze me in that afternoon. The receptionist was very kind and so was the doctor. They got me in and out as quick as possible since I had my young daughter with me. The doctor even noticed a degenerative eye disease that I’ve had for quite some time but other doctors had missed. Will definitely be returning for future eye exams, as well as taking my daughter when she is old enough. Would recommend to anyone in the area. They also have a pretty good selection of frames.
