I used Handyman Connection twice for different jobs in the house and I am very satisfied with the job they did. Responsive, professional, left everything clean after they finished.
From start to finish, totally amazing! I had a roof leak which lead to a repair of my popcorn ceiling. The area affected was in the main area of my open concept home, and a total scrape down to a flat ceiling was more work than I was prepared to handle. Dimo came and assessed the situation. Most other companies were afraid to do just a patch, but for Dimo, he took care of it all. He is truly professional and knows his stuff. He was very respectful and covered everything. I didn't do a thing! A few hours later, voila! As good as new. Such a relief. Later, Emil from the office called and made sure all any of my questions were answered. I couldn't have asked for a better experience or result. I highly recommended them.
Over a month after the work was completed and paid in full, they charged my credit card an additional time one month later. I called repeatedly, kept getting voicemail. Finally left them a message, and emailed them as advice by bank. Later they agreed to refund the extra charge. very upsetting and disappointing.
Great job at a great price. On time and clean.
