I went to exchange my shoes which I bought on line.I had the worst customer experience ever. I was served by Britanny (1672). She was very rude. She was talking to me in racist tone. She was so loud and seemed like ready to fight with me. She demanded to know my workplace, although she did not have any right to know. I will never ever visit this place again.

I visited the store today and was helped by an amazing women named Gail! I went to the store in St. Catharines and the staff was rude as all get out! But in the Hamilton store today Gail was more then helpful! With choosing a shoe and helped me with my budget! Brilliant! Definitely will come back to this store! Gail is a wonderful women!

I've had to visit this location twice this week for assistance in replacing a pair of Blundstones that I had ordered from the website. Both times I was greeted, and made comfortable while watching the measures taken for Covid. It was two employees that I saw - one at the end of the day on Nov 3rd & I wish I remembered her name), and Brittany today. They were both lovely, helpful, and exactly who you would want helping you in a retail situation! Thanks so much, ladies!
