I roll up 3pm on a Sunday as Jim Lucier, the Owner, is locking up. He genuinely offers and stays for 45 minutes of the best customer service, product knowledge and equipment I’ve seen in years. I’ll be back for all my future gear. Fantastic and 6 STARS if I could!
the owner is awsome i went there after they closed and he drove by and still let me go in and purchase coveralls, on top of that he have me a discount just to be nice. very nice to deal with, highly recomended

I called and spoke to inquire about getting ear plugs for my 10 year old son with Sensory Issues. The gentleman I spoke to (I think his name was Jim), was extremely helpful. He said to come in and try out some different ear plugs to find one that works best for him before we spend money on something that may not work for his needs. When I came in with my son, the lady working was very nice and helpful too. Thank you to the both of you for being so considerate and not just about making a sale.
