The selection and ease of ordering online during a pandemic was only matched by the fantastic, kind and helpful employees at Westdale Florists. Ordered a bouquet of roses online from out of town and they did everything they could to accommodate my needs and delivery which is tricky at best during these times. They answered the phone and took care of any questions I had. Very polite, helpful and genuine people. Would definitely purchase again.

Back in May of 2020, my sister and I ordered flowers from Westdale Florists for our Mom's birthday. When our Mom called to thank us, I could hear in her voice that she was \blown away\ by the flowers! An artist from the Shalom Villages saw the arrangement and was so taken with the beauty of the lilies that it inspired her to paint the lily. I recall speaking to a lady by the name of Roseanne, from Westdale Florist's. Well, how do you like that! She was named after a flower! And she was sweet and lovely as can be!!! We ordered Christmas flowers for Mom this year! And I can tell all who read this that they will be very happy with their floral purchase....reasonable prices and wonderful service! From 2 sisters on Florida!
Between the website, the online ordering system, and voice mail, my order was received and delivered exactly as I hoped for. A true \contactless\ delivery in these COVID times. Thank you Westdale Florists! I've never been disappointed. The flowers were gratefully received and enjoyed.
I’ve used Westdale Florists for a few events and they have not disappointed. Their service, staff and quality is superb. They’re an absolute pleasure to deal with! Will absolutely use again and would recommend! P.S. their same day delivery (is same day!!!!)
Rosanna was so kind and easy to work with. With COVID completely changing our wedding plans, I initially planned to not have any flowers but decided last minute to order a flower crown. I sent a few pictures of what I had in mind and they put together exactly what I was hoping for. Hoping to go to WF again when we (hopefully) get to celebrate again next year!
