We highly recommend using Shipton’s for your HVAC needs! Our older furnace stopped working during the cold winter, and Shipton’s arrived within hours during a snowstorm to temporarily get things running again and keep the house heated. They provided a competitive and comprehensive quote, and we decided to replace our old furnace and air conditioner, which they scheduled us in quickly. The service technicians were on time, courteous and professional, and everything looks great. Highly recommend!

Our furnace was condemned because of a cracked heat exchange in the middle of winter. After receiving an initial quote to replace it, we decided to call around and see what our options were. We called Shipton's after we saw one of their trucks parked a few houses down the street. They had someone at our door in less than an hour! Eren was very friendly and helpful. He was very transparent with all the prices of everything and took the time to explain all the little details. He went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible by dropping off some portable space heaters. After everything was set and done they arranged for the technicians to come the very next morning which was amazing! They did a wonderful job installing the new furnace and cleaning up after everything was done. We are incredibly happy with the entire experience and definitely recommend Shiptons Heating and Cooling services. Thanks again to Eren for making the best out of a bad situation.

I called at 8:00am as our furnace stopped working! Customer Service was excellent. Dispatch called at 9:00am! Technician arrived by 9:30am! Peter was very professional! Identified the problem and had us WARM again by 10:20am! Great experience! Great Service! Thank you

Excellent company. The fees were explained to be upon booking the appointment and there were no surprise costs. Peter was our service tech and he was very professional and friendly. I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything he did and also some issues that may need to be taken care of in the future. He wore a mask and shoe covers the whole time he was in the house. Will only be using this company for all our issues in the future. We also signed up for the bi-annual maintenance checks so we don’t have to worry about sudden expenses and can deal with issues as they arise, as well as having everything professionally cleaned twice a year. Very happy I went with this company and would highly recommend to anyone.
