Terrible online service. I'm from Kitchener and emailed maybe five different times for the same vehicle and no reply! None! I actually drove there a few days ago the hour and a half to see it. Facility was closed by the time I arrived. Curious to see what the mgmt will say in response to my review. Likely take no responsibility and make excuses which I expect and believe that it makes businesses appear worse. Not happy at all.
Bought a 2011 Volkswagen Golf GTI and a great experience. They were all very kind throughout the whole process. the day i had purchased the car i had an engine light come on (normal Volkswagen issues), i called right away and said they will fix the car, no questions asked, they were very open about what was wrong with the car. they even delivered the car back to me after it was fixed with no charge. i would highly recommend Sam's Auto to anyone who is looking to buy a car.
This business seems like a scam. We called to ask about a specific truck and they said it was available so we set up a meeting and drove a long way to see it. When we showed up they showed us a different website that was completely different from the website we were looking with the same vehicle except it was not certified and a different price. They told me I was making up the info I had seen so I looked up the website I had been looking at and then they told me that they have 2 websites and only the one they were showing me was correct. I would not have driven all the way if I had known it wasn’t certified and the price was much higher.
