I dropped off an elliptical trainer 2 years ago and I have not heard from them since! I did not receive an assessment for my piece of equipment or received any money from them for the sale. Over the past 6 weeks or so, I have contacted them several times and have spoken to the manager who said that she would look into this matter and get back to me. I have called them multiple times and have left voice mail messages for them and have not received a call back. I am extremely disappointed.
Purchased some stuff here back in the summer and now I need more! Are you guys open at all? Can I place an order?
This fitness store is extremely over priced!!! Not only is the new product over priced but the used equipment is also over priced.
Its taken 5 days to get a hold of someone to come look at our stationary bike we purchased less than a year ago and paid over 800. Still no one has called me back and I have been calling everyday. Never shopping here again,quick to make a sale and take your money but once you need them for service nowhere to be found
