Wonderful experience. Matt and his team were fantastic in advising of products and answering questions to make sure my home gym and exercise equipment met my families needs. Very helpful and friendly staff. Very nice store too and great quality equipment. Great prices for dumbbells and plate weights. First time visit and I'll definitely be back when I need more fitness equipment. Thanks! Update - 11/30/2019 - came back for more equipment. Sales staff Mike was amazing to deal with and great with our little guy. Helped us out and ended up getting more than we originally came for as he gave us a great deal. Thanks so much again for everything. Appreciate it very much. Very nice and clean store too. Will be back again!

CLOSED. Kind of wish they updated their google listing to reflect that they have closed down due to covid and only their Niagara store is open for shopping. Drove all the way out to Stoney Creek for nothing.
