Rude customer services, I went in with my mother today and the nail products looked old, boxes are dusty. Not a lot here honestly, there is a lot better places to go to in Hamilton that treat their customers better and you get better products.

Wonderful staff Very helpful.
Called 7 times before they picked up for curbside pickup. Understandable if they dont have all the right products it is probabaly busy. But the lady that took my phonecall was super rude and said \your not making my job and easier\ when I didnt know a number right away on one of the tubes of colour. So un impressed.
I love this beauty supply store but not the location..I mean..I'm bad with directions but I've been here several times now and got lost every time. There are two buildings kind of similar that are kind of close and I always get them confused. Just a warning so you try not to have the same problem haha!! :D
Super friendly staff. Very helpful and knowledgeable about all products. Shelves always stocked Not open to the public, it's for licensed professionals only.
