Service has been excellent. They are very friendly and the job is done on time (which hasn't been my experience at other dealerships). They even do a great job cleaning the car at the end.
My dear old mother had purchased a certified owned still with warranty. 3 months later, she took it in for service recall, only to be told it would cost her an extra 890tax out of pocket for an additional part. Service manager; Ken R. was extremely unprofessional and condescending to her over the phone and flat-out refused the parts were not covered under warranty coverage. Unconvinced, I reported this to MB Canada, who confirmed this is not the case. Refusing to deal with these clowns again, I ended up taking the car to my dealer in Moncton, who gladly did all the work at no cost.

There seems to be a problem with ascertaining specific service details to obtain an MVI inspection.
Had a puncture and stripped a flower lug and despite being fully booked, they found some time to patch and repair. The bill wasn’t far off what local tire shop quoted. Although a small job the service was bang on. Offering to arrange transport, complimentary wash, courteous staff (Chris).
After I bought a used Mercedes (not from them) I wanted to become their customer (service department) - but they never returned my (multitple) calls or emails. I have never, ever experienced such bad service. Every smallest auto shop I used had better service. It's a disgrace for Mercedes. They only get away with it, because they are the onliest Mercedes dealership in the province.
