My husband and I both bought a pair of glasses here. The service was excellent and we received our glasses in a reasonable timeframe. There was an issue with the fitting of the glasses but I was able to go in and they fixed it without any issue. I am very happy with my purchase and with the service provided. I would highly recommend!

I was hesitant to purchases glasses during COVID-19, but couldn't be more pleased with the safety measures this store has implemented to put my mind at ease.. They assisted me in choosing varies frame styles to try on (and I ended up liking the frame she choose for me the best), and the associates knowledge of my perscription guided me in choosing the proper frames that would look the best with my lens thickness. My glasses arrived earlier then expected and would highly recommend the Stratford Hakim to anyone. Thank you for the great service, I love my glasses.

Good selection - Terrible service. Not able to try on glasses during covid even if all other optical centers allow you to do so.
Got new glasses - regular and sunglasses - from them and was very happy with their service. I'm a bit of an introvert, and when I went to look for my regular glasses, they didn't mind letting me be and letting me just trying on ALL the frames on my own. I was there for a while. When I got my sunglasses, I asked for a bit of help because I knew what I was looking for, they were very friendly and tried to find other frames that matched what I was hoping for. I would definitely go back to them again.
